Ageing is a process that everyone goes through whether we like it or not. Your skin changes over the ages and it has been mapped that people should start looking after their skin from as young as their 20s.

Here’s a rough plan of what will happen to your skin at certain ages (please note that these will vary depending on your lifestyle and genetics):

  • Simple lifestyle changes

There are a few simple lifestyle changes that can help prolong the signs of ageing such as a healthy diet. Dermatologists suggest that a diet filled with healthy oils and antioxidants can help look after your skin. This can be found in leafy vegetables, fish and green tea.   • Protect skin against sun

One of the biggest agers is the sun. The UV rays have been connected to premature ageing for a long time.   • A good skincare routine
